Temp Admin Person (maternity cover). We are looking for someone to cover our admin position whilst the person is on maternity leave (May 2019 – Sep/Oct 2019). This position requires the person to be hardworking, driven, focused on attention to detail, be able to multitask and work accurately. We would require the person to be well spoken in English and have the ability to support the employees and the business. Requirements • Matric qualification • Own transport • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer skills • Basic Montessori philosophy (this would be an added benefit). Job description: • Answer/make calls • Send/reply to emails • Assisting the teachers with printing and research. • Assisting the teachers with the children • Showing potential parents around the school • Liaise with the owner on a daily basis.
