We’re Hiring! MELF Jo’s School is situated in Vrygrond, Cape Town. We aim to provide a quality Montessori programme for children from the ages of 3 to 6 years.
We have the following position available for a reliable, innovative and self-motivated individual to join our team 1 September 2026: Lead Montessori (3-6) Guide.
The ideal candidate should align with our school’s values and should be committed to quality, authentic Montessori education.
Role requirements:
- Must have a 3-6 Montessori qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lead guide.
- Up-to-date police clearance and First Aid certificate.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English with good spelling.
- Computer literate.
- Must be physically fit to work with children.
- Knowledge of Xhosa will be an advantage.
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
