Child levy: R90 per child per year

Calculated at R7.50 per child per month. The levy may be recovered from parents at the member school and is payable to SAMA annually or quarterly.

Please note

All new and lapsed memberships are charged the membership fee plus a once-off registration fee of R200. School members acknowledge that multiple campuses operating from different addresses must each be registered separately with both SAMA and the DBE. Only registered environments will benefit from SAMA representation on all platforms.

  Memberships run from January to December and must be renewed at the beginning of each year.
