Montessori Toddler Directress | Sunningdale Campus

Do you have a love for little people, a passion for Montessori education, and a warm, nurturing approach to teaching?
At Oakdale Montessori, we believe that the toddler years are filled with wonder, discovery and incredible growth. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Montessori Toddler Directress to join our Sunningdale team in January 2027.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
· Has a genuine passion for working with toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years.
· Understands and embraces the Montessori philosophy.
· Can confidently lead a Toddler environment, creating a calm, nurturing and stimulating space where little minds can flourish.
· Encourages independence, curiosity and a love of learning.
· Communicates warmly and professionally with children, parents and colleagues.
· Is organised, reliable and confident with classroom planning, observations and record keeping.
· Brings creativity, patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the classroom.
Qualifications and requirements
· A Montessori qualification in 0–3 years or 3–6 years, or currently studying towards a recognised Montessori qualification that already holds an N6 qualification.
· A valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
· The ability to manage and lead a Montessori Toddler classroom.
· A genuine commitment to Montessori principles and practices.
