Early Bird: the first 20 spots booked will be priced on a sliding scale from 20 – 5 % discount (applicable only to the 2 day conference amount and does not include the management day amount). Once twenty bookings are reached or after 28th February, early bird bookings will close and standard rates will apply until bookings close on the 10 April 2026.

Please note: The early bird sliding scale special on the 2 day conference amount is exclusively available to SAMA members. Non-members and student members are not eligible for this offer.

The first 5 Students who book after the first 20 bookings have been received will receive a 15% discount (they must be SAMA members and further T&C’s apply).
