We are looking for a calm, capable, and experienced Children’s House Lead Guide (3–6) to lead an authentic Montessori Primary environment and create a classroom where children thrive in independence, concentration, confidence, and character.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Montessori Primary qualification (AMI or equivalent) or substantial Montessori 3–6 lead guide experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience leading a 3–6 classroom and protecting Montessori work cycle principles
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori classroom culture
- Calm, consistent classroom leadership grounded in respect and clear boundaries
- Ability to lead and develop co-teachers/assistants with professionalism and care
- Strong organisation skills (planning, observations, records, preparation)
- Warm, respectful parent communication and confidence leading conferences
- Strong alignment with Esara’s values and commitment to safeguarding and professional conduct
Desirable:
- Experience in international or multicultural school settings
- Comfort working in a bilingual environment and collaborating with Thai coteachers
- Experience leading parent education sessions or community events
- Strength in storytelling, music, arts, or nature-based learning integration (aligned with Montessori)
