Esara’s Elementary program is for the educator who loves big thinking and real responsibility—who can guide children through academic growth and character growth, while keeping the classroom culture calm, capable, and purposeful.

We want a teacher who can hold high expectations without pressure… and offer warmth without chaos.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Montessori Elementary training (AMI/AMS or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience teaching ages 6–11 (Montessori or aligned approach)
  • Strong English language and communication skills
  • Solid curriculum knowledge in literacy + math, with project-based

integration

  • A team-first mindset and growth-oriented attitude
