Kiddies Clubhouse Daycare
2 x Montessori Teachers:
– 1 x 18–24 Months Class Full Time
– 1 x 3-6 Year Class Full Time
Location: Sinoville, Pretoria
We are seeking two dedicated, and passionate Montessori Teachers to join our team, one for our 18–24 month toddler class and one for our 3–6 year-old class. These are full-time positions within a nurturing, child-centered environment that values independence, respect, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support children in accordance with Montessori principles
• Prepare and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Foster independence, confidence, and social development in the children
• Observe and track each child’s progress and development
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
• Montessori qualification or training (preferred)
• Relevant childcare/teaching experience (will be considered in place of formal qualification)
• Previous experience in a Montessori environment is highly advantageous
• Alternatively, recent graduates with a strong passion for Montessori education are encouraged to apply
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
